Posted by heatherhanley in : Ordinary Life of an SU Student , add a commentI have the new enV (squared)..well it’s not too new anymore but anyway..my “OK” button decided to stop working on my front screen therefore I could not unlock my phone. It was very annoying and I..who uses my phone a lot..was getting angry all the time to the point where I would pretty much throw the phone. So I decided to take it to the Verizon store in hopes that they would replace it for free. Of course I was stressing because I do not have phone insurance and I could not afford to pay for a brand new phone. Therefore, I would have to live with the whole annoying broken OK button..oh and the worst thing about the OK button is that it would choose when it wanted to work and when it didn’t. I think it was just to torment me more. Luckily, there is a store just a ways, about 8 minutes, up Reisterstown Road from the Owings Mills dorms…very convenient for you Verizon customers. I took my phone in there and thankfully, since I had recently purchased my phone in July, it was still under warranty and they replaced my phone for free! They even transferred all of my contacts, pictures and videos! They were very nice with great customer service! Phew..no more broken, taunting OK button for me!!
